TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park acreage sold
BAYTOWN – TGS Cedar Port Partners has sold around 200 acres in TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park to Ravago Americas.
Ravago will develop facilities to support its distribution and manufacturing activities on the tract, which has rail service and direct access to SH 1405. This multi-use campus is expected to handle in excess of two billion pounds of plastic resin annually.
TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park is around 15,000 acres with heavy utilities and industrial and commercial transportation infrastructure.
This transaction represents the second major development in TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park’s 750-acre second phase. Phase 1 is fully contracted for development, and Phase 2 is master planned and ready for developers to commence construction immediately on approximately 400 remaining acres.
