Grab your sombrero, Houston’s fiesta is growing

​HOUSTON – Fiesta Mart, a supermarket chain, signed a 15-year renewal and expansion for 45,311 sf in the Fondren Southwest Village at 11266 Fondren Rd.

The approximately 300,000-sf center was developed in 1978 at W. Bellfort Ave. and Fondren Rd.

Fiesta Mart will expand into 12,363 sf, adding to its 32,948-sf space. 

Other tenants in the center include Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, and dd’s Discounts.
