FRISCO – The development partnership behind Frisco Station, a $1.8 billion, 242-acre mixed-use development, will bring the fast-growing suburb of Dallas something it rarely sees—a walkable, corporate-anchored environment.
The partnership—Hillwood, VanTrust Real Estate and The Rudman Partnership—also plans to start building apartments, a hotel hub and entertainment destination, and a large 25-acre park and trail system in the near future.
The mix of retail shops, restaurants, apartments, hotels and office buildings will bring together a corporate-anchored community just north of the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters along the Dallas North Tollway.
The first office building in Frisco Station is slated for completion in October 2017 and the initial phase of the park is expected to deliver the following year.
