​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Florida-based real estate investor Atlantic Pacific Cos. has acquired two Class A apartments totaling 730 apartments, which will bring its multifamily holdings in the Lone Star state to nearly 3,000 units.

The two recent acquisitions include:
  • The Franciscan of Arlington near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park totaling 418 apartments ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom homes offering 618 sf to 1,306 sf. The community has stainless steel appliances, oversized closets and a number of resident amenities ranging from a fitness center to a coffee bar to two pools.
  • Village of Hawks Creek in Westworth Village near Fort Worth totals 312 apartments ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom homes offering 698 sf to 1,468 sf. Each apartment has stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.
