FRISCO – Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children began work on its new five-story, 345,000-sf ambulatory care facility.
The facility will sit on ten acres within a 40-acre campus at the northeast corner of Lebanon Rd. and the Dallas North Tollway. It will include a movement science center, occupational therapy center, playing fields, running and walking trail, and a playground for patients and the community.
The campus will be anchored by the Center for Excellence in Sports Medicine.
Opening for the ambulatory care facility is slated for fall 2018.
HKS is the architect, and Beck Group is the general contractor.
