Hot shopping deals to follow Nordstrom Rack to Shenandoah

​SHENANDOAH – A new Nordstrom Rack is coming to a growing community near The Woodlands.

Nordstrom Inc. plans to open a 27,000-sf store at the Portofino Shopping Center in Shenandoah in spring 2018.

It’s the Rack’s sixth location in the Houston area.

In 2015, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. announced it would open one of its Aloft Hotel locations in Shenandoah, and Goode Company Restaurants announced plans for a dual-concept location there earlier this year.

Nordstrom’s latest Rack location in the Houston area opened at the Willowbrook Mall in September 2014.

The retail division offers apparel, accessories and shoes with 30 percent to 70 percent off regular prices and carries merchandise from Nordstrom stores and Nordstrom.com.
