Ponderosa Apartments grow Clearworth Capital’s Houston portfolio

​​HOUSTON – Clearworth Capital acquired the 177-unit Ponderosa Apartments in Houston.

Ponderosa Apartments was constructed in 1989 on a 6.9-acre site west of I-45 and just off Cypress Creek Pkwy. at 17033 Butte Creek Rd. in the Outlying Harris County Multifamily submarket of north Houston.

The community consists of one- to three-bedroom floor plans, averaging 854 sf, in 17 two-story, garden-style buildings.

On-site amenities include a pool and recently remodeled clubhouse. 

Clearworth Capital will implement an extensive renovation plan to include an exterior facelift and modernization of all unit interiors.
