​​​​SAN ANGELO – Year-over-year, prices declined for all measures, coinciding with greater inventories and reduced sales, according to the Third Quarter Edition of the 2016 San Angelo Housing Report by Coldwell Banker Patterson. 

Sales declined from 2Q 2016 by a mild 2.3 percent. 
The combination of slower sales and higher for-sale inventory caused months-of-supply to increase from about four months-of-supply to about five months, which is relatively close to historical averages.
