Galveston conference focuses on building healthy coastal communities

​​​​GALVESTON – The Galveston Historical Foundation is hosting its third annual Living on the Edge: Taking Action conference this Thursday and Friday.

Living on the Edge focuses on building and preserving resilient and healthy coastal communities. This year’s sessions highlight leaders and organizations who have implemented strategies to confront environmental, social, and political challenges facin​g coastal communities and their cultural resources.​
