​​​HOUSTON – Clarus MarketMetrics®​ has released ​Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) median single-family home price down 2.3 percent in September 2016 over August 2016. ​​

  • The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $219,900, down 2.3 percent vs August 2016.
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased 20.3 percent from August 2016 for a September 2016 total of 6,349 sold units.
  • Condos decreased in price to $258,500, down 9.5 percent vs August 2016.
  • Existing condo sales decreased 24.3 percent in September 2016 over August 2016 for a total of 56 sold units.​​
