​​LAKEWAY – Austin-based Stratus Properties ​​​is selling its Oaks at Lakeway retail development for $114 million. The deal is expected to close Dec. 15.​

The 236,739-sf property near South RR 620 and Main St. (close to Lake Travis) is anchored by a 95,000-sf HEB that opened last October. Other tenants include the High 5 entertainment center, Factory Mattress, Twin Liquors, Torchy’s Tacos, MOD Pizza, Orange Leaf Yogurt, and Subway.

Boston-based TA Realty LLC is the buyer.
