​​SAN ANTONIO – The Pyramid, a 220,693-sf, Class A office building at 601 NW Loop 410, ​​has been sold.

One of the city’s most recognizable buildings, The Pyramid is 87 percent occupied by tenants such as the General Services Administration, Davidson Troilo Ream &​ Garza, Experian, Kimley-Horn & Associates, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. 

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Buchanan Street Partners, and procured the buyer, Taurus Investment Holdings LLC. ​HFF also secured floating-rate acquisition financing for the new buyer through Independent Bank.
