DALLAS – East Dallas’ popular Henderson Ave. retail and restaurant corridor will soon be getting a condo development.Builder Larkspur Capital plans to build the residential building near the corner of Capitol Ave. and Henderson.
Capitol Flats will consist of a 31-unit condominium project on three floors over a below-grade parking garage. The units will average 1,700 sf and will all be flats.
With a starting price of over $400,000, the condos are expecting completion in the fall of 2018.
