SABOR: San Antonio region home sales September 2016

​​​​​​​​SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Board ​of Realtors (SABOR) has released September 2016 home sales data. 

Below is a sample of the top ten cities by single family units sold in the report released on October 10, 2016. 

Quick facts include: 

• ​The median price of existing single family homes decreased to $191,000 down 4.5 percent from August 2016.
• Existing single family home sales decreased 15.1 percent from August 2016 for a September 201​6 total of 2,086 sold units.
