AUSTIN – Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners have purchased 95 acres to develop Park 183, a project that will ultimately bring 964,000 sf of industrial space to the city’s southeast side.
The park will be built in phases at Burleson Rd. and US 183. Phase-one construction begins in January. It will include two buildings totaling 247,000 sf, along with road, drainage, and utility infrastructure for the overall business park.
Design team includes STG Design, Jones|Carter, Wylie Consulting Engineers, and Bihner Chin Engineering Ltd. Leasing and marketing will be handled by CBRE Austin.
