RICHMOND – Johnson Development has broken ground on Veranda, a 590-acre development near the northwest corner of Williams Way Blvd. and US 59.
The development will include 2,500 new homes, with construction beginning in early 2017.
Johnson Development, along with IHP Capital Partners, acquired the property from the Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation in 2015.
