RICHARDSON – Dallas-based KDC has completed the fourth office tower at its CityLine mixed-use project.
State Farm is in the process of moving into the 500,000-sf facility, called Four CityLine. The insurance company now occupies 2.1 million sf of office space at CityLine.
Work started on Four CityLine in July 2014. The 12-story office building is on top of a five-level parking structure at the northeast corner of State St. and N. Plano Rd. It has 30,000 sf of ground-floor retail.
CityLine’s project team includes general contractor Austin Commercial, architect Corgan Architects, civil engineer Kimley-Horn, mechanical engineer Telios, and structural engineer L.A. Fuess.
