Multifamily coming to $5 Billion Mile

​​​​​FRISCO – Embrey Partners is developing Domain at the Gate, a multifamily ​​property within the $5 Billion Mile at the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121. ​

The property ​​will consist of 350 one- and two-bedroom units, an 11,000-sf clubhouse, and other amenities. First occupancy is expected in summer 2018.​​ It ​will ​overlook the new Dallas Cowboys world headquarters.​

Construction began almost immediately after a Sept. 30 closing on the property.

Embrey is the first to break ground within Invest Group Overseas’ master-planned Gate development.​
