AMARILLO - The Downtown Parking Garage and retail space are expected to be completed by March 2017.
On budget so far, the 24,000 sf of retail space is designed to flex with the number of interested tenants and on the size of the space their specific use requires.
The garage will have 750 parking spaces.
The entire project will cost $19 million–$14 million for the garage and $5 million for retail space.
