FRISCO – Robert Elliott Custom Homes and Western Securities are building a 121-unit condominium project between SH 121 and Stonebriar Country Club.
Called Corvalla, the residential development will start in price in the high $600,000s.
Condos in the three-story project will range from 1,700 sf to 3,000 sf. The community will have courtyards with fountains, a clubhouse with pool and outdoor living areas.
The condos will appeal to older residents who want a smaller home and young professionals who want to be close to new employment centers in Frisco and West Plano.
The project is scheduled to open in summer 2018 at 5250 Town & Country Blvd.
