Seven Austin industrial buildings sold
AUSTIN – NXT Capital financed the acquisition of seven multitenant warehouse/distribution buildings totaling 460,000 sf. The properties are all within a 30-minute drive to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. NorthMarq Capital brought the loan to NXT Capital.
