DALLAS - An iconic North Dallas office tower complex has sold to New York buyers.
Since they were built starting in the early 1970s, the mirrored gold Campbell Centre office towers have been a landmark.
The more than 870,000-sf office complex was sold by Austin-based Capital Commercial. The office towers were expected to go for more than $125 million.
Manhattan-based investor—Haberman & Haberman—has purchased the 20-story high-rises at the southeast corner of US Hwy. 75 and Northwest Hwy. across from NorthPark Center mall.
Campbell Centre has the largest block of office space in that area.
