DALLAS – New York-based I&G Direct Real Estate, a foreign property investment fund affiliated with JP Morgan Investment Management, has purchased a 23-story Victory Park tower.
The Cirque apartment tower on Olive St. next to the American Airlines Center, was built in 2006 and has 252 luxury apartments. It was developed by Houston-based Hanover Co.
CBRE marketed the building on behalf of the seller, a partnership of investor MetLife Real Estate.
