FORT WORTH – Hangover Opportunity Fund LLC has sold a 138,000-sf, two-building project in Carter Industrial Park.
The 11.5-acre property at 1200 Forum Way S. is triple-net leased to May Group International.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented the seller. Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated for the local buyer, Forum Way Investments LLC.
SkyWalker Property Partners is liquidating Hangover’s 21-property portfolio.
