Hottest housing markets? Waco in top 10

​​​​​​WACO – With relatively cheap homes that aren’t on the market long, this central Texas city cracked the top 10 hottest real estate market list for September 2016, as determined by Realtor.com.

In Waco, properties sell for $174,900, and are on the market for 52 days. Waco ranked No. 14 in August 2016.

Also, the median home price remained at August’s level of $250,000. That is 9 percent higher than one year ago, and a record high for September.
