In the loop: new mixed-use development in Laredo

​​​​​​​​LAREDO - The Khaledi group broke ground on a 74-acre residential and commercial development, dubbed “The Loop,” in northeast Laredo.

The Loop boasts 240 three-​ and four-and-a-half bedroom homes providing over 1,600 sf of living space with multiple car garages.

Fourteen acres of commercial development—“The Shops at The Loop”—will include over 100,000 sf of retail shops and restaurants.

The Loop is situated along Bob Bullock Loop with direct access to one of the city’s primary traffic ways.

This project is one of several residential and commercial projects currently under development by The Khaledi Group and brothers Ross and Shahram Khaledi.
