​​​SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Commercial Advisors (SACA) announced the sale of two grocery anchored shopping centers.

The first property, located at 3614 Pleasanton Rd., is 30,675 rentable sf on 2.91 acres. The second property, located at 340 Enrique Barrera Parkway, is 50,240 rentable sf on 4.25 acres.

Both properties are anchored by Arlan’s Market​​—a local grocery store chain—and Family Dollar.
