VICTORIA – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending August 2016 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.

The average sales price for residential homes was $184,864 for the 12 months ending August 2016, down 4.2 percent versus the same period ending August, 2015 when it was $193,048.

Total sales of residential homes in Victoria MLS for the 12 months ending August, 2016 was 844, 7.3 percent (66 homes) less than the same period in 2015. 

Total building permits for Victoria City limits for the 12 months ending August 2016 were 91, down 39.7 percent compared to the same period 2015 when the number of permits was 151. ​
