Fulshear Cross Creek Ranch sees rise in home sales
FULSHEAR – Cross Creek Ranch saw a 10 percent jump in home sales so far in 2016 as builders have added six new neighborhoods in the Fulshear master-planned community.
So far this year, 281 houses have been sold, compared with 252 houses during the same period in 2015.
While Houston’s housing market has softened with the energy downturn, Cross Creek Ranch’s broad mix of home types has helped the community attract buyers, according to Rob Bamford, general manager of Cross Creek Ranch.
The new neighborhoods are concentrated in the northern and western regions of the community.
Cross Creek Ranch will host a model home tour, with bus transportation to all 26 model homes and Google Cardboard viewers for virtual tours, on the first weekend of October.
The community could be built out in five years, according to Bamfield. Since opening in 2008, about 2,300 homes have been sold.
Cross Creek Ranch is a project of Johnson Development Corp.
