GARLAND – The City of Garland has approved a $20 million, 494,000-sf Class A industrial project on Leon Dr.

This new facility, named the Garland Logistics Center, will be built on a 29-acre greenfield site located in near I-635 and Garland Rd.
The Garland Logistics Center site is one of the last sizable undeveloped parcels available for industrial development in Garland.
This project brings additional Class A industrial space to this premier industrial area of the DFW Metroplex and continues the community’s proactive efforts to significantly enhance its larger industrial/commercial space inventory.
