McKINNEY – Orchid Apartments, 2700 N. Brook Dr., has been purchased by The Bascom Group.
The complex was acquired in early September for $20.4 million.
Floor plans range from one- to two-bedroom units. Units range from 702 sf for one bedroom and 929 sf for two bedrooms.
Built in 1997, the apartments consist of 260 units and a leasing center.
The purchasers are planning to renovate the community.
