​​NORTH DALLAS – An investment partnership that purchased two Far North Dallas office towers has obtained $32 million in funding for the project.

Dallas-based Champion Partners and CrossHarbor Capital Partners of Boston bought the Tollway Towers at 15660 Dallas Parkway in second quarter 2016. 
Tollway Towers—two 12-story buildings containing almost 342,000 sf of space—were built in 1983 and renovated in 2007. 
The new owners plan to spend several million dollars on improvements to Tollway Towers.
