​​HOUSTON – COSCO Container Lines, a Shanghai-based full-service intermodal carrier, has renewed its 38,000-sf lease at the Intercontinental Center in Houston.

The 196,895-sf, nine-story building was constructed in 1983 at 15600 John F. Kennedy Blvd. located just south of Houston Intercontinental Airport in Houston’s Greenspoint/IAH submarket.

The property sold to Laurus Corp. in 2011, according to CoStar information.
