​HOUSTON - Tellurian Investments has signed a lease that will see the natural gas company expand into an additional 24,941 sf in the 35-story Total Plaza tower at 1201 Louisiana St. in downtown Houston.

The tower is adjacent to the Hyatt Regency-Houston hotel and across from Center Point Energy Plaza in Houston's central business district.

Renovated in 1996, the 843,533-sf building features on-site dining and retail options, on-site parking, a new fitness center and a penthouse suite home to the Petroleum Club of Houston.

It is three blocks from the METRORAIL-Main St. Square station and is connected to the downtown tunnel system.

With the lease, Tellurian Investments, which currently occupies 15,019 sf on the 31st floor, will fully occupy the 30th floor.
