PLANO - Granite Properties plans to bring in three new eateries to its new restaurant-focused portion of Granite Park—a 90-acre, mixed-use campus at the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway.

The property owner has signed
  • Chips Old Fashioned Hamburgers,
  • Hook Line and Sinker and
  • Union Bear to the boardwalk-inspired restaurant row, which has been coined 'The Boardwalk.'
The new restaurants are expected to open in first quarter 2017.

With these new eateries, Granite Park, will include five Class A office towers—and a sixth office tower on the way—and a 299-room Hilton hotel.

Upon completion of The Boardwalk this fall, Granite Properties plans to bring a total of six restaurants, a children's play area and fire pit overlooking a water feature in front of the hotel.

At full build-out, Granite Park is expected to have a daytime population of 10,000 people.
