HOUSTON - Partnership Tower, the newest office building in downtown Houston, is now occupied.
The ten-story, 100,000-sf building, 701 Avenida de las Americas, is connected to the north end of the George R. Brown Convention Center.
The Greater Houston Partnership, Houston First Corporation and the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau are now in their new home in Partnership Tower.
The new building looks out at Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green and the downtown skyline and is attached to the GRB via sky bridge.
It also adjoins a 1,900-space parking garage that will also serve the new 1,000-room Marriott Marquis Houston.
The hotel is under construction.
The Harris County Houston Sports Authority and the Hotel and Lodging Association of Greater Houston will also be tenants, as well as retail space on the ground floor.
