​​​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) released home sales facts on September 10, 2016. 

  • The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $222,000, down 0.2% from July 2016.
  • Existing single-family home sales increased 5.5% from July 2016 for an August 2016 total of 8,954 sold units.
  • Condos decreased in price to $178,000 down 9.8% from July 2016.
  • ​Existing condo sales increased 6.6% in August 2016 over July 2016 for a total of 531 sold units.
