​​ARLINGTON – A 700,000-sf Summit Racing Equipment warehouse and retail store on the southwest corner of I-20 and SH 360 is slated to open next year.

The Arlington location will include a data-processing center for orders and about 32,000 sf of retail space with fully dressed engines on display, cars and other vehicles.
The $82 million facility will be Summit’s fourth and largest distribution center and will ship parts to Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
The development is expected to create an estimated 330 jobs by 2021, with worker salaries ranging from $37,994 to $56,910.​
