​HOUSTON – A new co-working space is set to open a 46,000-sf location in the Westchase District.

The space will feature 95 private office suites totaling 450 workstations and is expected to open in April 2017. ​

TechSpace Holding Co., which operates eight co-working spaces in New York, Los Angeles, Austin, San Francisco and Orange County, plans to open its next location in Houston at 2101 CityWest Blvd.

TechSpace will occupy the first two floors of the building.

The space is in the same corporate campus as BMC Software Inc., and nearby Phillips 66’s new campus.
