IRVING - The MacArthur portfolio has sold for $54.5 million, or about $112 per sf.

The 488,287-sf MacArthur portfolio consists of three office buildings located at 5525, 5601, and 5605 N. MacArthur Blvd in Dallas' Office Center/West LBJ Exit submarket.

Anchored by One Source, MHN, EMJ Corp., and Molina Health care of Texas, the 95.4 percent leased complex will undergo an $8.7 million value-add initiative.

Upgrades to common areas, restrooms and building exteriors, additional parking spaces and new amenities such as a cafe, conference center, and fitness center will be made.
