Five office buildings, representing over 480,000 sf, were delivered in second quarter 2016 across five submarkets.
As of 2Q 2016, about 400,000 sf is available on the sublease market, a 40,000-sf increase from 1Q 2016. While this may sound alarming, sublease availability is at its lowest since 1Q 2014.
