Trophy Club preps 'crown jewel' for shining | Trophy Club preps 'crown jewel' for shining | https://www.recenter.tamu.edu/news/newstalk-texas/?Item=14451 | 2016-09-14T05:00:00Z | 2016-09-14T19:00:00Z | TROPHY CLUB, DENTON and TARRANT COUNTIES - Dallas developer Scott Beck has begun site work on a mixed-use development he calls the "crown jewel" of Trophy Club Town Center, which will bring a new hotel, luxury apartments, office building, townhomes and retail space to the small North Texas town. Beck is working alongside other development partners of the Trophy Club hub, which includes: - Plano-based Green Brick Partners developing 39 townhomes
- North American Properties developing a 250-unit luxury apartment community
- 110-room Hyatt Place hotel by Kriya Hotels
The mixed-use development will also include a six-story, 75,000-sf office building and about 65,000 sf of retail space.
In all, the construction will bring more than $100 million of new real estate to Trophy Club.
