McAllen crown jewel: 104,000-SF River Valley Center sells

McALLEN – River Valley Center, a Class A regional power center has sold to a private real estate firm specializing in the development of Target Centers and development properties.

The 103,949-sf McAllen property is located at 1316 E. Expressway 83, and was 95 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Tenants include national retailers such as Best Buy, Sketchers, David’s Bridal, Lakeshore Learning Store, Sherwin Williams, Sally Beauty, among others.

The center is considered a "crown jewel" of South Texas and Northern Mexico given its location in a top trade area.

Cushman & Wakefield Texas Retail Advisors represented the seller, South Carolina-based Edens Investment Trust, in the transaction.
