​HUMBLE – Interurban Corp. headquartered just outside of Denver, CO, bought the Woodland Hills Apts. in greater Houston from Crossbeam Concierge and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.

The 282-unit gated garden-style community delivered in 1992 roughly 20 miles north of Houston at 3918 Atascocita Rd. in Humble.

 The property has averaged roughly 92 percent occupancy over the last two years
