HOUSTON – Hines, in partnership with the Zimmerman family and TIAA Global Asset Management, is developing a 285-unit residential tower in the Montrose/Museum District.
Construction will start in second quarter 2017 on Residences at La Colombe d’Or, a 34-story high-rise that will be developed together with the $10 million renovation and expansion of the La Colombe d’Or hotel.
The Residences will connect to the adjoining hotel via an art gallery and outdoor plaza.
It will be completed in 2020.
