DALLAS– Sealy & Company has purchased 1.48 million sf of functional industrial buildings in the North Texas area.
The industrial portfolio consists of 18 buildings occupied by "a diverse tenant base," according to a Sealy press release.
The assets were acquired as part of the Sealy Strategic Equity Partners LP portfolio.
