Office building on ‘$5 Billion Mile’ sold

​​​​FRISCO – Pillar Commercial and Artemis Real Estate Partners have purchased Duke Bridges II, a 16​0,600-sf office property.

Located at 7460 Warren Pkwy., the property lies within the city’s "$5 Billion Mile," a stretch along the Dallas North Tollway between Warren Pkwy. and Lebanon Rd. where four projects totaling $5 billion have been announced, are underway, or are completed. They include The Star, Frisco Station, Wade Park, and The Gate.​
