216-Unit northeast side Cielo complex sells

​​​SAN ANTONIO – The Cielo apartment complex on the northeast side has been purchased. 

Robert Schumacher bought the 10.4-acre complex near the corner of Nacogdoches Rd. and Wurzbach Pkwy.

The purchase price of the 216-unit complex was $15.5 million.

Cielo apartment complex, formerly known as Audubon, was built in 1985 and was assessed at $13.3 million this year.

Roscoe Properties recently rehabbed its common areas and some of its apartments, and Schumacher says he plans to finish the work on the rest of the complex.​​
