​​ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending July 2016 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.

The average sales price for residential homes was $264,465 for the 12 months ending up 8.6 percent versus the same period last year when it was $243,562.

The median price of residential homes for the 12 months ending July was $206,500, versus the same period last year when it was $198,400, up 4.1 percent.

Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for the 12 months was 519, a decrease of 7.0 percent (39 homes) versus the same period last year.

The average Days on Market for residential homes for the 12 months was 156, 5.5 percent shorter than the same period last year.
