Rockport home sales Feb. 2015: Swearingen
ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending February 2015 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
The average sales price for residential homes was $254,201, up 2.0 percent versus February 2014 when it was $249,146.
The median price of residential homes was $189,294, versus February 2014 when it was $185,000, an increase of 2.3 percent.
Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for February 2015 was 524, a decrease of 0.2 percent (one home) versus February 2014.
The average Days on Market for residential homes for February 2015 was 176, 5.9 percent shorter than the same period last year.
